The Official Launch of the UNESCO SHENZEN Project

UNESCO in Collaboration with NCHE launched the UNESCO SHENZEN Project with support coming from the SHENZEN Municipal Government in China which was launched at MAGU.

The official launching of the Project was conducted by Dr Valentino Zimpita, who represented the Secretary of Education science and Technology from the ministry if Education Science and Technology.

During the Launch, various presentations where also made. Firstly Dr Adamson Thengolose who is the Quality assurance Manager at NCHE made a presentation on the Mandate of NCHE : Registration Accreditation Processes and Assessment observation in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

Secondly The Director of Quality Assurance CoM, UNIMA made a presentations on Management and Functioning of Quality Assurance units in higher education: A Case of College of Medicine (CoM),University of Malawi. The final presentation was done by the Director quality assurance LUANAR. The presentation was on Management and Functioning of Quality Assurance units in Higher education institutions, a case of LUANAR
