Management Studies
A degree in Business Administration is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business fundamentals and an understanding of their application in real-world work environments.
A business administrator oversees the general operations of an organization or department. This may include supporting and overseeing teams, problem-solving, developing and implementing plans, and meeting goals.
Duration is 4 years (8 semesters).

The Human Resource Management degree prepares students for positions in the human resource department and allows them to establish and advance organizational policies and guidelines and to utilize the tools and techniques for developing transformational work environments
Human Resource Management programme targets students who are interested to work in any of the numerous areas of management and administration within government ministries; private sector entities of business, industry and commerce; non-governmental organizations; educational institutions; as well as persons with an interest in the field of study.

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) degree programme is designed to meet the growing demand for qualified project monitors and evaluators in various organisations.
The programme develops a conceptual, systematic and mature approach to the identification, analysis and solution of monitoring and evaluation problems in the private and public sector.
M&E specialists collect, track, and analyze data to assess the value and impact of different programmes and interventions, as well as translate these assessments into actionable insights and strategies to increase the impact of an organization.

The BA Education (Literature and Linguistics) is an innovative programme ideal for anyone who is interested in becoming an English language teacher, a linguist, a literary scholar or wishes to pursue a successful career in translation, media and publishing.
Graduates in Literature and Linguistics can work as English teachers, translators, and in the fields of communication and language industry. They can also work in mass media organizations: newspapers, radio and television.
In addition, they could work in non-governmental organizations, the private sector, international aid and development agencies, community services, social organizations, and research organizations.
